Rachel's Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked

  • 1 yellow onion, chopped

  • 1 can corn

  • 1 can green beans

  • 1 can cream of cheddar cheese soup

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/3 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt + pepper to taste

  • 1 28 oz bag of tater tots

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Cook ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in pan. Drain if necessary.

  • In large bowl, mix ground beef mixture, sour ceream, corn, and green beans (drained), soup, and 1 cup of the cheese.

  • Prepare in 9x13" baking dish, cover with tater tots and cook for 50 minutes.

  • After 50 minutes, top with remaining cup of cheddar cheese; cook an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.  

  • Enjoy!
