This is a deposit for a LIVE lamb, that will be ready for pick-up in October. Our katahdin lambs are born in April, and will be ready for processing in October - December. This breed is known for its mild flavor and tender texture. 
 
The remainder of the cost ($250) will be due at time of pick-up. Total cost is $300.
